Thanks for thinking of me and supporting my mission to raise awareness of the diversity of marine wildlife, and helping people develop a more knowledgable and less toxic relationship with our ocean planet earth. The ocean is very likely to be the most important ecosystem on our planet that impacts literally even living being on it. We must learn to take better care of it.
People often ask for ways they can help me out. They say they love my writing, my books, my photos. They understand that what I do takes a lot of time and resources, and they like to give back. So I've setup several ways that people can help fund my art and creative projects.
You'd be surprised how even the smallest contributions really help. So if you have some gear you're not using, or just want to kick in a few bucks to the gear fund, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Mac PowerBook Pro -- I love this laptop. My current laptop is a 2015 model that I've refurbished twice. It is starting to show some more serious wear and tear.
Lacie Rugged Hard Drives (4TB+) -- With all the photo and video I shoot, despite really culling a lot of media, I still end up with at least a gigabyte of high-resolution images and video footage. So hard drives are crucial.
Fuel Cards -- Help fill up my gas tank, that would be great! I've had people kick me down fuel cards, gift cards, and one mystery angel even dropped off a full six-gallon fuel can next to my VW van with a note, "Love your photos!"
G2 Ink Pen refills (7mm, black) -- I go through a lot of pens. I'm always writing and drawing, sketching out website layouts, and ideas for building stuff. Seriously, these are my favorite pens. I use the black 7mm the most, but welcome to all sizes and colors. Kinda like life...
Stuff for the Sailboat -- I have big list of stuff I need for the sailboat. The big thing needed is marine grade Aluminum sheet and tube, welding rods VHF Radio, GPS Unit, Chartplotter, iPads, Anchors, Lines, Dock Fenders, Outboard Motors, Fuel Cans, Life Jackets, Jerry Cans, the list goes on and on...
